Talk about a space transformation and an opportunity for the home owner to earn two incomes from the one property. Another design and build of ours, the creation of this secondary dwelling was another exciting challenge in maximizing space utilization. With the use of opening skylights, a large ranch slider opening out to a covered deck, and internal wall openings with shutters, the home feels much larger than what it is actually is. The custom full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, wardrobe and laundry means this small area really packs a punch. And not to mention the expansive outdoor area, perfect for relaxing after a hard day at the beach. Another renovation project we are proud to put our name to.
