Situated along the waterfront in Welcome Bay, Tauranga, this elegant estate-style home underwent a full renovation to prepare it for the owners’ retirement. The project involved a comprehensive transformation, both inside and out, to enhance comfort, accessibility, and long-term liveability.
Key upgrades in this Tauranga home renovation project included all new joinery, structural modifications to the dormers, and a complete interior overhaul featuring a modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new lighting throughout. A self-contained unit was added at the rear of the home to accommodate a live-in carer, providing privacy and convenience. To improve accessibility, a lift was installed between the two floors. Outside, a covered entertaining area was built, making the most of the property’s expansive lawn and stunning waterfront views.
