The scope for this estate-esque home fringing the waterfront in Welcome Bay was to complete a full renovation for the new owners to retire in to. The renovation included all new joinery, structurally changing the dormers, full renovation inside including new kitchen, bathrooms and lighting, constructing a self-contained carer’s unit on the back of the house, installing a lift between floors and creating a covered outdoor area to enjoy the expansive lawn and waterfront views. Completed with a worldwide pandemic thrown in the mix, this project did not come without its challenges, but once again thanks to the RM Build team and trusted sub-contractors the job was completed to a high standard to be proud of.
